DESCRIPTION:Register Online \nWHAT:\nThe Ohio’s Hospice of Dayton 2023 3k/5k Remembrance Walk offers families and friends an opportunity to honor the memory of a loved one and raise funds to support patient care and services. These include community-wide grief counseling; complementary therapies such as music\, art and massage; and financial assistance for patients unable to pay for their care. \nWHEN:\nSaturday\, October 21\, 2023\n8:30 am-1 pm\nRegistration begins at 8:30 am. Walk starts at 10 am. \nWHERE:\nOhio’s Hospice of Dayton\n324 Wilmington Ave.\nDayton\, OH 45420 \nCOST:\nIndividual Walker: $25\nVeteran or Active Military: $20\nYouth Walker (12 & under): $15\nMemory Walk Sign: $20 \nSponsorship opportunities are available for the 2023 3k/5k Remembrance Walk. Net proceeds benefit Ohio’s Hospice of Dayton patient care and services. \nADDITIONAL DETAILS:\nMemory Walk Signs – Memorialize your loved one with a memory sign. Click on the Register Online button below\, and use the Purchase Now! button. Add your loved one’s name as you want it to appear. This will be displayed on a sign along the main entrance of the Hospice House during the 2023 3k/5k Remembrance Walk. \nSnacks – Fruit and water will be available Saturday morning for those coming to pick up T-shirts and walk the memory sign path. \nAwards – Awards for top individual and top team will be given out. \nHOW:\nTo register online\, click the button below. Pathways of HopeSM invites you to join in Hope for the Holidays\, our holiday grief support program\, which provides grieving individuals and families an opportunity to honor loved ones who have died. Hope for the Holidays is open to any member of the community who is grieving the loss of a loved one. Participants will receive helpful insights and information about coping with holiday grief. \nWHEN: \nTuesday\, December 6\, 2022\, 7 pm\nor\nThursday\, December 8\, 2022\, 7 pm \nWHERE: \nOhio’s Hospice of Dayton Community Room\n324 Wilmington Ave.\nDayton\, OH 45420 \nHOW: \nTo register online\, click the button below.
