Ohio's Hospice Foundation May Day 2026

The month of May is the perfect time to remember those we love.

We invite you to celebrate the memory of someone close to you, honor someone living, or pay tribute to those serving in our military. Their names will be listed in our special May Day memorial/honorarium Fall 2026 edition of our newsletter and here on our website. (Individuals listed need not have been patients of Ohio’s Hospice.)

Your generous gift will help provide care to local patients facing life-threatening illnesses and their families. Names must be submitted by June 30, 2026, to be included for publication.
