Congratulations to Christina Gormican, Teresa McClennon, Ruth Robson, and Donovan Sandlin! They recently completed the Ohio’s Hospice Aspire Higher Program.

The Aspire Higher Program provides teammates who have leadership aspirations with the opportunity to explore leadership learning, increase leadership potential, and expand their knowledge of the organization.

Through the guidance of a mentor, the program provides them with a tailored learning path to better understand their leadership strengths and opportunities for growth. 

• Christina Gormican is an Ohio’s Hospice triage nurse who is moving into a Crisis Care Team leader role.
• Teresa McClennon is a chaplain with Ohio’s Hospice of Miami County.
• Ruth Robson is a social worker coordinator with Ohio’s Hospice of Central Ohio.
• Donovan Sandlin is an Innovative Care Solutions/Durable Medical Equipment (DME) technician who moved into the DME manager role while completing his Aspire Higher program.

“We congratulate these four amazing teammates for all that they accomplished in their leadership development by completing our Aspire Higher program,” said Julie Wickline, senior director of Education and Staff Development. “Hats off to Christina, Teresa, Ruth, and Donovan for their success! We are excited to see where this will take them.”
