Latisha Hawkins Earns Sunflower Award Appreciation

Outstanding members of the Ohio’s Hospice staff are recognized every quarter with the Bouquet of Recognition Awards for going above and beyond in advocating for and serving patients.

The daughter of a patient in our Dayton Hospice House nominated Patient Care Specialist Tisha Hawkins to thank her for her compassion and care. “Tisha really was extremely above and beyond,” the nomination reads. “She had such compassion and her heart was in her job…she showed heartfelt compassion for mom and in this very, very difficult, sad and mentally and physically exhausting time, Tisha truly treated myself and my sister as if we were members of her own family.”

Congratulations to Tisha and deep appreciation for her service to our patients, families and hospice mission.
