Several members of the Ohio’s Hospice of Dayton clinical staff participated in a recent mission medical trip with Fairhaven Church to Ecuador. This project enables Ecuadorians with little access to routine medical care to access services and screenings from visiting clinicians. Hospice and palliative care physician Dr. Tim MacLean, RN Harriet Sommers and Chaplain Mollie Magee joined Dr. Wendy Schmitz in the expedition to extend primary care services to patients and families.
