Sunflower Award Goes to Personal Care Specialist Avery Kesler
Personal Care Specialist Avery Kesler is the most recent recipient of the Sunflower Award, presented to outstanding members of the Ohio’s Hospice staff every quarter as part of our Bouquet of Recognition Awards for going above and beyond in advocating for and serving patients.
Personal Care Specialist Avery Kesler is always willing to lend a hand for a patient, notes the nomination that earned him a Sunflower Award.
Avery was nominated by a colleague, who shared that “recently a family member requested their loved one receive a whirlpool bath. Although Avery was not assigned to assist, without hesitation he volunteered to help the family with the bath.”
This is just one example of Avery’s commitment to outstanding patient care, the nomination continued. “Anytime Avery is asked to assist someone, no matter how busy he is, he does it with a smile. Our patients and their families are so lucky to have Avery provide their care, and we are so lucky he is part of our organization.”
Thank you to Avery for his compassionate care and commitment to our mission.
