Join us for the Ohio’s Hospice 2026 Golf Classic. Enjoy a day of golf, lunch, snacks, drinks, and games of chance all to support  our continued mission of serving patients, families and the community.

$95 per golfer
$350 team of four
Includes 18 holes of golf with a cart, lunch, drinks and snacks.

Sponsorship opportunities are available. Net proceeds benefit Ohio’s Hospice patient care and services.

DETAILS:

• Breakfast will be provided by Wilmington Nursing and Rehab.
• Complimentary water and sodas will be available. Beverage cart will be available for additional beverages to be purchased.
• Space is limited. Hurry and secure your playing spot!
• In the case of inclement weather, a rain date will be announced prior to the date of the outing.
