Celebrating the Difference Resale Shops Make
In honor of National Thrift Shop Day on Aug. 17, we extend our heartfelt thanks to the stores that help support our mission of providing superior care and superior services to each patient and family.

For All Seasons in Troy and Browse & Buy in Dover are thrift shops run by Ohio’s Hospice and are staffed mostly by volunteers.
Friendtique, a boutique resale shop in Wooster, and its sister store NEST have a long history of supporting Ohio’s Hospice through generous donations totaling more than $1.5 million to date.
The generous amount of their lifetime donations to Ohio’s Hospice highlights the importance of local resale shops and how a community can make a big impact. In Dayton, we also have Heartfelt Gifts, a gift shop inside our Hospice House.
When the community donates, shops, or volunteers at Friendtique, NEST, For All Seasons, or Browse & Buy, they’re helping to support our patients and families.
We also want to express our deepest gratitude to the Foundation teammates.
Your dedication, passion, and tireless efforts to philanthropy make a profound impact on our mission and the communities we serve.
Thank you for your commitment to giving, and for inspiring others.
