Coping With Grief During the Holidays

Pathways of Hope Holiday Grief Support Groups. Ohio's Hospice

The holidays are stressful in the best of times. But while grieving, this stress can be overwhelming, and the holidays are often less than joyful and bright. Family or friend gatherings, while a good source of support, can be exhausting as grievers try to get through the holiday season.

If you need support during this time of year, join us at one of our holiday grief support groups.
