Light Up a Life to Support Hospice of Central Ohio
The Foundation for Hospice of Central Ohio is marking the 26th year of Light Up a Life. Members of the community are invited to join in celebrating the memory of a loved one and supporting the hospice mission by making a donation and placing a name on a dove on one of the brightly lit “memorial” trees in the community. Visit the lovely holiday tree displays at Indian Mound Mall,771 S. 30th St., or the Davis Shai House, 301 Central Parkway in Heath; or in Pataskala at The Nutcracker Restaurant, 63 E. Broad St.
As a not-for-profit hospice, the organization relies on the support and generosity of individuals and corporations to assure that quality compassionate care is always available to patients and families regardless of access to insurance or ability to pay. With charitable gifts, the Foundation can support essential services that guarantee comfort, dignity, and meaning to people with life-ending illnesses and support to their families. No one is turned away from Hospice of Central Ohio because of financial circumstances.
