Make Your Wishes Known on National Healthcare Decisions Day
Ohio’s Hospice LifeCare invites the community to join us on Thursday, April 16 at 2 pm for an observation of National Healthcare Decisions Day. This initiative is a collaborative effort of national, state and community organizations committed to ensuring that all adults with decision-making capacity have the information and opportunity to communicate and document their healthcare decisions.
The program at Ohio’s Hospice LifeCare will give you a chance to learn more about the process of advance care planning and completing an advance directive. Trained facilitators will be available to assist you with discussing your wishes and completing advance directives if desired.
