2020 Hope for the Holidays

November 26, 2020 @ 8:00 am - January 1, 2021 @ 5:00 pm

Hope for the Holidays 2020

During this holiday season, we want to help you remember as well as celebrate the loved ones you have lost.

Pathways of Hope invites you to join in Hope for the Holidays, our holiday grief support program, which provides grieving individuals and families an opportunity to honor loved ones who have died. Participants also will receive helpful insights and information about coping with holiday grief.

To enhance your family’s holiday memorial experience, please consider the following options and select the options that will best support your holiday experience. Any of these options can be used as you watch our special Holiday Memorial program. Note: Viewing the Ohio’s Hospice service is a good way for your family to mourn, reflect and remember your loved one collectively.

  • Families are invited to purchase bells for each family member in attendance. The bells are be rung at a designated time during the ceremony.
  • Family members are invited to purchase individual candles (artificial or real) that each member in attendance could light or activate in conjunction with the candle lighting.
  • Family members in attendance are invited to write a brief message or note for their loved one. The note would be tossed into a fire pit or fireplace at the appropriate time as the family observes their message being transformed from the material world.

Please stay tuned for details on how to sign up.
