Ohio’s Hospice of Dayton will host its annual Golf Classic event on Monday, June 14, 2021, at Sycamore Creek Country Club (8300 Country Club Lane, Springboro, Ohio 45066).  

“We are grateful for the support of the golfers participating in the Golf Classic this year,” said Sydney Truax, special events associate with the Ohio’s Hospice Foundation. “Through their generous support, we are able to continue providing superior care and superior services to our patients and families. We are grateful for the ongoing support from the community.” 

The day begins with registration and lunch at 11:30 am followed by shotgun start at 12:30 pm and will conclude with hors d’oeuvres on the patio at 5:30 pm. The player field will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Individual players will be paired.  

Proceeds from the day of golf and special events, including hole competitions, support patient care and services at Ohio’s Hospice of Dayton.
