Loved Ones Remembered at Pathways of Hope 2025 Angel Tree Memorial Service
Ohio’s Hospice Pathways of HopeSM held its annual Angel Tree Memorial Service at Faith Christian Church in New Philadelphia, bringing together 75 community members to honor loved ones who recently died. The evening provided a meaningful space for remembrance, with participants sharing names and lighting candles in memory of their family members and friends.

The program consisted of special music, words of comfort, and a poem reading. Participants were given the opportunity to share the name of their loved one and light a candle in their memory providing a powerful display of love and remembrance. Refreshments were provided by Ohio’s Hospice volunteers.
Music therapist Josie McCutcheon, who serves patients at Ohio’s Hospice Truman House through a partnership with The REID Foundation and Central Ohio Music Therapy, provided music for the service.
Our sponsors, Faith Christian Church and Warther’s Cutlery, provided the beautifully decorated space and a handcrafted angel ornament for each participant to receive as a keepsake.
The service was coordinated by Emily Duggan and Marissa Bryan. A special thank you to volunteer Sherry Debevec for supporting our mission.
