Congratulations to Yvonne Turner! The Dayton and Miami Valley Better Business Bureau’s Women in Business Networking (WiBN) honored Yvonne as one of its 2022 Women of Impact honorees at its Women of Impact 2022 Awards Gala on Oct. 8 in Moraine, Ohio.

Yvonne serves as the vice president of clinical care and is the chief nursing and care officer at Ohio’s Hospice of Dayton and Ohio’s Hospice of Butler & Warren Counties. She is a Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (CHPN) and is recognized as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).

The WiBN Women of Impact program recognizes professional women who exhibit extraordinary leadership, community service and professional achievement. These women are recognized for their influence, impact and contributions to advancing other women. 

Yvonne earned her Master of Science degree from Wright State University in 2000. With more than 31 years of nursing experience, including 24 years in leadership, she leads a passionate team of hospice healthcare professionals.

She has led numerous performance improvement projects. Yvonne fosters collaboration among staff and supports a shared governance environment in the workplace. She has a passion for mentoring and education and has presented at the state and national levels. She is a member of the Leadership Dayton Class of 2018 and serves as a member of the Artemis Center Board.
