During Pride Month in June, we are reminded that quality healthcare requires environments where every individual feels valued and respected. This observance reinforces our ongoing dedication to providing inclusive, compassionate care to all members of our community. 

Through our SAGECare training, our care teams receive education on cultural competency to better serve diverse populations, including older adults in the LGBTQ+ community. This training helps our staff provide thoughtful, informed care that respects each person’s individual circumstances and relationships. 

Our interdisciplinary care teams are trained to work sensitively with patients and families from all walks of life, ensuring that everyone receives the compassionate end-of-life care they deserve. Our team members are as diverse as the communities we serve, bringing a range of varied perspectives and experiences that enrich the care we provide.
